Talking board, with flowers

It is what it looks like (if you're thinking that it looks like a talking board, that is). Ink on bristol. The corners have been cut out and layered in jute paper, gold wrapping paper from the Carter era, and plain old purple card stock. The frame I found in a landlord's attic. The glass is in place of a planchet...for those of you up on talking boards, you'll know that a tipped up glass with fingers held under the rim can be used to point out letters.
